Privacy Policy

Aykhan Safarli, sole trader, based in Azerbaijan. For anything to do with your data, email aykhanseferli@gmail.com. I handle these myself, so replies come from me directly.

Information you send me. If you fill in the form on the /start page, I receive the name you type, the email address or phone number you give me, your description of your idea, and the multiple-choice answers you selected along the way (such as what you do, what stage your project is at, and the budget range you picked).

Usage and advertising data. Like most sites, pages here load with basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you are on. I also use the Meta Pixel to measure whether my advertising works (see below).

I do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information: no payment card details, no government identifiers, no health data. Please do not include any of that in the form.

To reply to you and discuss the project you described. To understand which adverts bring people who are actually looking for this kind of work, so I do not waste money showing them to everyone. To keep the site working and secure.

I do not sell your data, and I do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list. If you fill in the form, you get a reply from me about your enquiry — not a mailing sequence.

I run this as one person, so a few well-known providers handle parts of it. Each one only receives what it needs:

• Web3Forms — processes the form submission and emails it to me. It is how your message reaches my inbox. There is no database behind this site; your enquiry lives in my email.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API tell me when someone who saw an advert completed the form. Meta's automatic advanced matching may send contact details you entered in hashed (scrambled) form so it can match a conversion. Meta receives this as an advertising partner and handles it under its own policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves the site, and keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
• Cal.com — only if you choose to book a call. You provide your details to them at that point.
• WhatsApp — only if you choose to message me there. That conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

The Meta Pixel loads on this site. It records that a page was viewed, and it records a "Lead" event in one place only: when the form on /start is submitted successfully. It is deliberately not fired anywhere else.

You can stop this at any time, without asking me:

• Use your browser's tracking protection, or a content blocker.
• Adjust your Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, including off-Meta activity.
• Decline or clear cookies for this site in your browser settings.

Blocking any of it does not stop you using the site or contacting me.

Enquiries stay in my email while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to the project. If you would like yours deleted sooner, email me and I will remove it. Advertising and analytics data is retained by Meta according to its own retention schedule, which I do not control.

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are in the UK, EU, or a place with similar rules such as California, you also have the right to object to your data being used for advertising measurement, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of this, email aykhanseferli@gmail.com. I will action it and confirm when it is done. There is no form to fill in.

This site is aimed at people commissioning software professionally. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

I am based in Azerbaijan and the providers above operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States and the European Union.

If I change how any of this works, I will update this page and the date at the top. The version you are reading is the one that applies.
